Northern Greens, on Yonge Street in East Gwillimbury, is a range, not a course, and that's the point. You come here to practice.
You can pick from over 30 mats or hit off the grass tee area. The short game has its own space, with chipping and putting greens, plus two bunkers for working on sand shots. Ask at the clubhouse about lessons.
It's a family place, and golf isn't the only game. Four beach volleyball courts are up for rent, and leagues run five nights a week.
